A programming of restocking has been under way by the Environment Agency see details below. Also the committee have transferred over 200 Roach up to 12oz from the reservoir on the farm.

A 8oz Tench caught on 12 July 2024, one of the ones supplied by the EA in 2023
The small Crucian Carp are now being caught in reasonable quantity.
The are now about 450 Roach in the lake, the largest about 12 oz.

Stocking Programme
The stocking agreement with the Environment Agency is to stock native fish species only, Tench, Crucian Carp, Roach and few Perch. This is to keep the stock pure so if they need some fish to breed from at their fish farm they can take some from the pond.
